Our client came to the United States from Indonesia in January 2000 on a B-2 visitor’s visa. Since then, she has remained in the United States. She married a U.S. Citizen in September 2021. She retained our office on November 9, 2021 for her green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on April 7, 2022. Everything went smoothly and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On November 30, 2022, the USCIS approved the I-130 petition without an interview. The USCIS issued a Request for Evidence for our client’s I-693 immigration medical record. Our office filed our client’s I-693 record on December 22, 2022. On January 18, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
