Our client is from Macedonia who came to the U.S. on a F-1 visa. In June 2021, our client married his current U.S. citizen wife. He retained our office on September 21, 2021 for his green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on December 10, 2021. Everything went smoothly and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On January 31, 2023, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence (RFE) for our client’s I-693 medical record. On February 9, 2023, our office filed the response to RFE along with his I-693 record. On February 26, 2023, his green card application was approved.
