CASE: Marriage-Based Adjustment of Status

Our client came to the United States from South Korea on a F-1 visa. She married a U.S. Citizen in June 2022. She retained our office on July 12, 2022 for her green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on July 19, 2022. Everything went smoothly and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On December 13, 2022, the USCIS issued a Request for Evidence and asked our client to submit her bona fide marital evidence with her U.S. citizen husband. Our office filed the response to RFE with numerous bona fide marital evidence on February 23, 2023. On March 1, 2023, our client’s green card application was approved.
