Our client came to the United States from Kenya on a B-2 visitor’s visa in March 2023. She married a U.S. Citizen in June 2023 and then retained our office on August 27, 2023 for her green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on September 5, 2023. Things went well and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment came on time. On January 16, 2024, our client’s green card application was approved.
