Our client came to the United States with her H-1B visa to work as a teacher. She married a U.S. Citizen in January 2020, and our office helped our client get her J-1 waiver before she got her H-1B status. She retained our office for her green card application on October 5, 2023. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on November 7, 2023. On March 11, 2024, our client’s green card application was approved.
