Our client came to the United States from the Philippines in February 2021 with a J-2 visa. Though she was subject to the two-year foreign residence requirement, our office successfully assisted her in obtaining a J-2 waiver. She married a U.S. Citizen in February 2023, and retained our office on March 5, 2023 for her green card application.
Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on June 29, 2023. Before the interview, we prepared our clients via conference calls. On March 5, 2024, our client was interviewed at the Minneapolis, MN USCIS office. On March 15, 2024, our client’s application was approved.
