Our client contacted us in November 2023 to seek representation for her N-400 application. She came to the United States from Italy and obtained her green card in February 2021 through her marriage to a US citizen.
Once retained, her N-400 was filed on November 27, 2023. Before her interview, our office prepared her via conference calls. On April 2, 2024, our client appeared at the Hartford, CT USCIS office for her naturalization interview. Our client answered all questions correctly and passed her interview. On April 4, 2024, her application was approved. Her oath-taking is scheduled and she will be a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
