Our client entered the United States from Spain in July 2025 as a visa waiver visitor. After marrying a U.S. citizen that same month, she retained our office to handle her green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the Form I-130 Petition for Alien Relative and Form I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on September 25, 2025. The process moved forward seamlessly, with all receipt notices and biometric fingerprint appointments arriving on schedule.
