Our client came to the United States from the Philippines on an F-1 student visa. She married her husband, a U.S. permanent resident, in January 2024. Her husband filed the Form I-130 petition for her in February 2024, and her visa number became available in September 2024. Our office filed her Form I-485 application with all supporting documents on October 21, 2024. Before the interview, we prepared our client through conference calls. On July 6, 2026, our client was interviewed at the USCIS office in San Francisco, California. On July 10, 2026, her green card was approved.
