Our client came to the United States from Nigeria with an F-1 student visa to pursue his graduate studies. He married a U.S. Citizen in December 2025 and retained our office on April 23, 2026 for his green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on June 15, 2026. Before the interview, we prepared our clients via conference calls. On August 27, 2026, our client was interviewed at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office. Attorney Sung Hee Yu, Esq. from our office also accompanied our clients. The next day, our client’s green card was approved.
