CASE: I-751
APPLICANT: Jordanian
LOCATION: Painesville, OH
Our client contacted us in December 2023 about his I-751 application.
A Jordanian national, he married a U.S. citizen in October 2021 and obtained a two-year conditional green card in March 2022. His conditional residency ended in March 2024. To comply with immigration requirements, our client and his wife needed to file an I-751 Joint Petition to Remove Conditions. He retained our office, and we filed the I-751 application with USCIS on January 8, 2024.
In March 2025, USCIS scheduled an I-751 interview. Our office thoroughly prepared our client via conference call, discussing potential interview issues. On May 6, 2025, our client was interviewed for his I-751 application at the USCIS Cleveland, OH Field Office, accompanied by Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu, Esq. from our office. USCIS approved our client’s I-751 application on May 21, 2025.
