Our client came to the United States from Indonesia with a B-2 visitor visa in March 2023 and has remained in the U.S. since then. He married a U.S. citizen in September 2024, and they retained our office for his green card application on October 18, 2024. Our firm prepared the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on November 11, 2024. Everything went smoothly, and the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment arrived on time. Before the interview, we prepared our clients via conference calls. On June 16, 2025, our client was interviewed at the Seattle, WA USCIS office. A day later, our client’s green card was approved.
