CASE: Marriage-Based Adjustment of Status

Our client, a dentist from Canada, initially came to the United States on a TN visa. After marrying a U.S. citizen in December 2024, he retained our firm on January 27, 2025, to handle his green card application.
We prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and the I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on February 18, 2025. The process proceeded smoothly, with all receipt notices and the fingerprint appointment arriving in a timely manner. We thoroughly prepared our clients for their interview through a series of conference calls.
On July 22, 2025, Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu, Esq. from our office accompanied our client to the interview at the Cleveland, Ohio, USCIS office. The green card application was approved the very next day, on July 23, 2025.
