We were contacted by our client in February 2023 regarding her I-751 application.
She is a native of Turkey who married a U.S. citizen in October 2019. She was granted a two-year conditional green card in May 2021, which was set to expire in May 2023. To comply with immigration requirements, our client and her husband needed to file a Joint Petition to Remove Conditions. They retained our office, and we submitted the I-751 application to USCIS on March 2, 2023.
In June 2025, USCIS scheduled an I-751 interview. Prior to the interview, our office thoroughly prepared our client via a conference call, discussing potential issues and questions she might face. Our client was interviewed for her I-751 application at the USCIS New York, NY Field Office on August 4, 2025. On the same day, her application was approved, and she received her 10-year green card.
