Our client, who came to the United States from India on an F-1 student visa to pursue his degree, married a U.S. citizen in September 2024. He retained our office on January 3, 2025, to handle his green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on January 11, 2025. Everything proceeded smoothly, with the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment arriving in a timely manner. We thoroughly prepared our client for the interview via conference calls.
On September 4, 2025, our client was interviewed at the Cleveland, Ohio, USCIS office, accompanied by Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu, Esq., from our firm. Ultimately, on September 11, 2025, our client’s green card application was approved.
