Our client retained us to petition for green cards for her parents. She was born and raised in the Philippines but was naturalized in the United States. She contacted our office in August 2024 and discussed the green card process for her parents. After the consultation, they retained our office on August 23, 2024.
Once retained, our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status on September 19, 2024, for her parents. The process moved smoothly, and the receipt notices, fingerprint appointments, and work permits arrived on time. On September 24, 2025, our client’s parents’ Adjustments of Status were approved. They are now green card holders.
