Our client, who was born and raised in Mexico but is now a naturalized U.S. citizen, hired us to file for green cards for his parents. He first contacted our office in February 2025 to discuss the green card process and retained us on February 19, 2025.
Following retention, our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and Adjustment of Status Application for his parents on July 7, 2025. Everything went smoothly; the receipt notices, fingerprint appointment, and work permits were all received on time. Their adjustment of status applications were approved on October 4, 2025, and they are now green card holders.
