Our client first contacted us in May 2025 regarding legal representation for her N-400 application. She arrived in the United States from Peru and obtained her green card in August 2021 through marriage to a U.S. citizen.
Following retention, we filed her N-400 application and all supporting documents on June 12, 2025. Our office provided interview preparation via conference calls. On October 3, 2025, our client successfully passed her naturalization interview at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office. Her application was approved on October 16, 2025. She is now scheduled for the oath-taking ceremony, where she will become a naturalized U.S. Citizen.
