Our client initially came to the United States from Nigeria on an F-1 student visa to pursue her degree. She married a U.S. Citizen in July 2024 and retained our office for her green card application on October 10, 2024. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on November 18, 2024. The process moved smoothly: receipt notices and the fingerprint appointment arrived promptly. Prior to the interview, we conducted thorough preparation via conference calls with our clients.
