Our client entered the United States from Côte d’Ivoire on an F-1 student visa. He married a U.S. Citizen in April 2024 and retained our office on July 11, 2024, for his green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on September 12, 2024. Prior to the interview, we prepared our client through conference calls. On November 25, 2025, our client was interviewed at the USCIS office in Cleveland, OH. Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu, Esq., from our office, also accompanied the client. The following day, our client’s green card application was approved.
