Our client entered the United States from South Korea on an E-2 investor visa. After marrying a U.S. citizen in March 2025, he retained our firm on March 18 to handle his permanent residency application. We prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status application on June 9, 2025. The process proceeded efficiently, with all receipt notices and biometric appointments arriving on schedule. Prior to the interview, we conducted thorough preparation sessions with the couple via conference calls. On December 16, 2025, our client attended his interview at the Indianapolis, IN field office, accompanied by Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu, Esq. The following day, December 17, 2025, the green card application was officially approved.
