CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

In May 2025, our client sought legal representation for his Form N-400, Application for Naturalization. Originally from Canada, he had been a Lawful Permanent Resident since October 2013.
Following our retention, we filed his application on August 14, 2025, with all necessary supporting documentation. Our office prepared the client for his interview through a series of comprehensive conference calls. On November 18, 2025, he appeared for his interview at the USCIS field office in Chicago, IL. The client successfully answered all civics and eligibility questions, and his application was officially approved on December 22, 2025. He is now awaiting his oath ceremony, where he will officially become a naturalized U.S. citizen.
