Our client arrived in the United States from the Philippines on an F-1 student visa to pursue her degree. She married a U.S. citizen in September 2025 and retained our office on October 14, 2025, for her permanent residency application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on November 10, 2025. Prior to the interview, we thoroughly prepared our clients via conference calls. On January 20, 2026, the client was interviewed at the USCIS field office in Troy, Michigan, and her green card was approved the very next day.
