Our client retained us to petition for her mother, who traveled to the U.S. from Canada. The client is a U.S. citizen, and her mother originally entered the United States as a TN visa holder in April 2014. Since then, her mother has remained in the U.S. continuously. The client contacted our office to discuss the I-130 petition and her mother’s adjustment of status application; after our consultation, she retained our firm.
Once retained, our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Immigrant Visa Petition and the I-485 Adjustment of Status Application for her mother on December 18, 2025.
