Our client entered the United States from the Philippines in August 2022 on a J-1 exchange visitor visa to work as an intern. Her program was not subject to the two-year foreign residency requirement. After marrying a U.S. citizen in August 2025, she retained our office for her green card application. Following thorough preparation via conference calls, our client attended her interview at the Columbus, OH USCIS office on February 2, 2026. Her green card application was approved the following day, February 3, 2026.
