Our client contacted our office in March 2024 regarding his I-751 application. A native of India, he married a U.S. citizen in August 2021 and subsequently obtained a two-year conditional green card in April 2022. As his conditional residency was set to expire in April 2024, the client and his wife retained our office to file a joint I-751 petition. We submitted the application to USCIS on April 18, 2024. On February 24, 2026, USCIS approved the petition, and the client has since received his 10-year green card.
