Our client contacted us in October 2023 regarding her I-751 application. A native of the Philippines, she married a U.S. citizen in April 2021 and subsequently obtained a two-year conditional green card in January 2022. Because her conditional residency was set to expire in January 2024, she and her husband filed a joint I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions.
Our office filed the application with USCIS on December 14, 2023. In February 2026, USCIS scheduled an interview for the client. On March 9, 2026, the client attended her interview at the Cleveland, OH Field Office. Her application was approved that same day, and she has since received her 10-year green card.
