Our client entered the United States from the Philippines on an H-1B visa to work as a teacher. He married a U.S. citizen in July 2020 and retained our office on November 5, 2024, for his permanent residency application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status application on December 12, 2024.
