Our client entered the United States from Albania on a B-2 visitor visa in June 2023 to visit a relative. He later married his wife, a Lawful Permanent Resident (LPR) of the U.S., in August 2023. While he was in the country, his visa priority date became current. On August 24, 2023, our office filed his I-130 Immigrant Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status application, along with all necessary supporting documents.
