After they retained our office on November 22, 2024, our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status for his father on December 19, 2024. The client’s interview was held on October 3, 2025, at the Pittsburgh, PA USCIS Field Office, with our Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu accompanying them. The following day, his father’s adjustment of status was approved.
