Our client, a naturalized U.S. citizen from Honduras, retained us to petition for Green Cards for her parents. She first contacted our office in February 2025 to discuss the process and formally retained us on February 17, 2025.
Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and Adjustment of Status Applications for her parents on April 7, 2025. The process was smooth: receipt notices, fingerprint appointments, and work permits were all received on time. The parents’ adjustment of status applications were approved on September 26, 2025, and they are now Green Card holders.
