CASE: I-130 (Petitions for Parents) and Adjustment of Status

Our client retained us to petition for her parents’ green cards. Although she was born and raised in Honduras, she is a naturalized United States citizen. She contacted our office in September 2025 to discuss the green card process, and after a consultation, she officially retained us on September 9, 2025.
Once retained, our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petitions and Adjustment of Status Applications on October 7, 2025. The process proceeded smoothly; the receipt notices, fingerprint appointments, and work permits all arrived on schedule. Ultimately, on January 13, 2026, the parents’ applications were approved. They are now officially permanent residents.
