CASE: N-400 (Citizenship / Naturalization)

In February 2025, our client from India contacted us to seek legal representation for his N-400 naturalization application. He had obtained his green card in November 2016.
Once retained, we filed his N-400 application along with all supporting documents on March 3, 2025. We prepared him for his naturalization interview through conference calls. On August 20, 2025, our client attended his interview at the USCIS office in Columbus, Ohio. He answered all questions correctly and successfully passed.
His application was approved the following day, on August 21, 2025. He is now scheduled for an oath-taking ceremony, where he will officially become a naturalized U.S. citizen.
