Our client, holding a Bachelor’s in Secondary Education and a North Dakota Teaching license, has been employed by her current employer since August 2022. Based on her strong educational and professional background, we determined she is clearly eligible for an EB-3 (third-preference) I-140 petition. She retained our firm in November 2022.
Following retention, we swiftly initiated the PERM labor certification process. We prepared and filed the prevailing wage request within a week, and after its determination, her employer posted the job order on July 26, 2023. The PERM application was then filed on November 14, 2023, and notably approved without audit on March 27, 2025.
Upon PERM certification, we filed her I-140 petition via premium processing on May 15, 2025, including all required documentation. The I-140 was successfully approved on May 26, 2025. Once her priority date becomes current, she will be eligible to file her I-485 adjustment of status application.
