Our client, an Assistant Professor from South Korea, taught at a state university that petitioned for her I-140. Holding a Ph.D., she has worked for the university since June 2022 while maintaining her H-1B status. Her employer-filed I-140 was approved with a priority date of March 15, 2023.
In May 2025, she retained our office for her I-485 application, which we filed on July 10, 2025. Her Green Card was subsequently approved on February 24, 2026.
