CASE: H-1B Visa Extension Petition

The employee (the Beneficiary) holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education. The offered position is Secondary Math Teacher, which qualifies as a specialty occupation because the minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education or its equivalent. The Beneficiary has been employed by the school district under H-1B status since December 2021.
