Our client came to the United States from Burkina Faso on an F-1 student visa to pursue her degree. She married a U.S. Citizen in June 2025 and retained our office on August 13, 2025, for her green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on September 11, 2025.
