Our client entered the United States from China on a B-2 visitor’s visa in December 2023. She has remained in the U.S. since then. She married a U.S. citizen in October 2024 and retained our office on October 16, 2024, to handle her green card application.
Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on February 26, 2025. The process moved smoothly, and we received the receipt notices and the fingerprint appointment notice on time.
Before the interview, we thoroughly prepared our clients through conference calls. On July 25, 2025, our client, accompanied by Attorney J.P. Sarmiento, Esq., from our office, was interviewed at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office. Her green card application was approved on July 28, 2025.
