Our client came to the United States from the Philippines with an H-1B visa to work as a teacher. She married a U.S. Citizen in February 2025 and retained our office on April 15, 2025, for her green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on July 21, 2025. Everything proceeded smoothly; the receipt notices and fingerprint appointment arrived on time. Prior to the interview, we thoroughly prepared our clients via conference calls. On November 6, 2025, our client was interviewed at the Centennial, CO USCIS office. Her green card application was eventually approved on November 8, 2025.
