Our client came to the United States from the Philippines on an H-1B visa to work as a teacher. She married a U.S. Citizen in December 2024 and retained our office on January 8, 2025, for her green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on February 13, 2025. Everything went smoothly; the receipt notices and the fingerprint appointment arrived on time. Prior to the interview, we thoroughly prepared our clients via conference calls. On October 30, 2025, our client was interviewed at the Durham, NC USCIS office. Our client’s green card application was approved the following day, on October 31, 2025.
