CLIENT: Indian
LOCATION: Columbia Station, OH
Our client entered the United States from India in February 2025 on a B-2 visitor’s visa. After marrying a U.S. Citizen in April 2025, he retained our office on May 28, 2025, to handle his green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on August 11, 2025. The process proceeded smoothly, and all receipt notices and the fingerprint appointment arrived on time. Prior to the interview, we provided our clients with thorough preparation via conference calls. On November 21, 2025, our client was interviewed at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office, accompanied by Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu, Esq. of our firm. The client’s green card application was approved the following day, on November 22, 2025.
