CASE: Marriage-Based Adjustment of Status
CLIENT: Israeli
LOCATION: Cleveland Heights, OH
Our client, who arrived in the U.S. from Israel on a B-2 visitor’s visa in December 2024, married a U.S. citizen in November 2024. Although he initially came to visit his wife’s family, he later decided to stay in the United States and retain our office for his green card application.
On March 12, 2025, we began working on his case, and on April 22, we filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application. The process went smoothly, with receipt notices and a fingerprint appointment arriving on time. After thoroughly preparing our client, he was interviewed at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office on July 29, 2025, and his green card application was approved on September 4, 2025.
