A client of ours, a Jamaican national, entered the United States on a B-2 visitor’s visa in July 2023 and has remained here since. She married a U.S. Citizen in December 2024 and retained our firm on January 3, 2025, to handle her green card application.
We prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on January 30, 2025. The process moved along smoothly, with receipt notices and the fingerprint appointment arriving in a timely manner. We thoroughly prepared our client for her interview with a series of conference calls.
On July 10, 2025, our client, accompanied by Attorney Sung Hee Yu, Esq. from our office, was interviewed at the Cleveland, Ohio USCIS office. Her green card application was approved on July 28, 2025.
