Our client came to the United States from Nigeria with an F-1 student visa. He married a U.S. Citizen in December 2024 and retained our office on May 19, 2025, for his green card application. Our firm prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on July 3, 2025.
Everything went smoothly: the receipt notices and the fingerprint appointment all arrived on time. Prior to the interview, we thoroughly prepared our client via conference calls. On October 20, 2025, our client was interviewed at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office. Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu, Esq. from our office also accompanied our client. Eventually, on October 21, 2025, our client’s green card application was approved.
