Our client entered the United States from Pakistan on an H-1B visa. Following their marriage to a U.S. Citizen in March 2025, our office was retained on April 16, 2025, for the green card application. We prepared and filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Adjustment of Status Application on May 8, 2025. The initial filing process was efficient, with receipt notices and the fingerprint appointment issued in a timely manner. We thoroughly prepared our clients for the interview via conference calls. On September 15, 2025, our client attended the interview at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office, accompanied by Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu, Esq. The client’s green card application was approved on September 17, 2025.
