Our client arrived in the United States from the Philippines on a B-2 visitor visa in November 2018. He has remained in the U.S. since then and married a U.S. Citizen in March 2025. He retained our office for his green card application on March 18, 2025. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on June 10, 2025. Prior to the interview, we thoroughly prepared our clients via conference calls. On November 12, 2025, our client was interviewed at the Mount Laurel, NJ USCIS office. The following day, our client’s green card application was approved.
