CASE: Marriage-Based Adjustment of Status

After arriving in the U.S. from India on an H-1B visa, our client married a U.S. Citizen in January 2025. We were retained on March 27, 2025 for his green card application and subsequently filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on April 17, 2025. Following thorough preparation via conference calls, the client was interviewed at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office on September 2, 2025, accompanied by Attorney Sung Hee (Glen) Yu, Esq. The client’s green card application was officially approved on September 18, 2025.
