CASE: Marriage-Based Adjustment of Status

A client of ours, who came to the United States from Jamaica with a B-2 visitor’s visa in July 2024, married a U.S. citizen in December 2024. He retained our office on January 6, 2025, for his green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on March 17, 2025. We prepared our clients for their interview with a conference call before the official interview at the Cleveland, OH USCIS office on July 31, 2025. His green card was approved on August 1, 2025.
