Our client entered the United States from South Korea under the Visa Waiver Program (WT) in July 2025. She married a U.S. citizen in October 2025 and subsequently retained our office for her permanent residency application. We filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on October 17, 2025, and prepared both clients at our office prior to their scheduled interview. On January 20, 2026, the couple was interviewed at the USCIS field office in Cleveland, Ohio, accompanied by attorney JP Sarmiento, Esq. We are pleased to share that our client’s green card was approved on January 22, 2026.
