Our client came to the United States from South Korea on an F-1 student visa. He married a U.S. citizen in September 2024 and retained our office on November 4, 2024, to handle his green card application. Our firm filed the I-130 Petition and I-485 Application on November 21, 2024. Before the interview, we prepared our client via conference calls. He was interviewed on August 25, 2025, at the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) office in San Francisco, California. On August 29, 2025, our client’s green card was approved.
